By paying the most painstaking attention to the most promising local varieties, Tenuta Adolfo Spada offers, in its Gallìcius line, a portfolio of wines that combine together fine quality, exhibition of the most authentic sensory traits of the grapes themselves, versatility with food, and a reasonable price for the consumer.
Aglianico, Falanghina, and Piedirosso, which have been cultivated forever in the vineyards of Galluccio, are the leading varieties in these wines, vinified as monovarietals and exclusively in stainless steel. Alongside these three varieties are Fiano and Greco, unanimously considered the standard-bearers of local viticulture, originating from grapes in the heart of the Irpinia area.
